Promoting Visual Biofeedback through a Medical Device for Physical Therapy and Physical and Rehabilitative Medicine

The present paper synthesises the development of a medical device which promotes visual biofeedback for Physical Therapy and Physical and Rehabilitative Medicine. After the identification of a specific need, a solution extremely versatile with advantages for the patient and the health professional is presented. A brief reference to its technical development and its performance is presented, introducing the visual biofeedback interface and gathering a set of identified clinical applications.
