Technology of stage cut-off in multiple stage wire drawing machine

Because of different technology,material and final product,sometimes only some stages of wire drawing system run,and the others are cut-off.Three cases of cut-off with first stage,any stage in the middle and the final stage were analyzed in detail.Based on line velocity method,calculation and programming were simplified with normalization.The flow chart in stage cut-off was given out.The experimental results show that the excellent control effect is obtained with the method.
