In this paper, We will analyze the situation and problem of the existing domestic LRT SE business expense, and will study the objective criteria and systematic improvements plans of the economical and reasonable system engineering cost throughout the manufacturing cost analysis by the business procedures from ISO/IEC life-cycle process viewpoint
