원전 안전문화에 대한 학습조직이론 적용방안 연구

Nowadays, social interest toward nuclear safety culture is currently getting higher after the Fukusima nuclear accident in Japan and a series of nuclear accidents domestically such as Gori NPP Unit 1 SBO accident. In other words, it means that our society requires a transformation of paradigm regarding the nuclear safety culture enhancement and an active interdisciplinary combination among various studies such as cultural science and social science. Especially, Learning Organization Theory (LOT) can contribute a lot to the studies of nuclear safety culture establishment method as in the following aspects: Society needs constant exertion in itself; it also needs communication with external forces with continuous changes. We are now searching for the theoretical methods that can enhance the nuclear safety culture and can continuously change in a perspective of Learning Organization Theory. Thus, we want to examine the limitation and problems of the existing nuclear power plants administration. At the same time, we would also like to arrange the current discussions about the Learning Organization Theory and draw the method to apply the theory to the domestic nuclear safety culture.
