Fuzzy multi-variable control for attitude stabilization of flexible spacecraft

Focuses on designing a fuzzy multi-variable controller for the attitude stabilization system of a flexible spacecraft. Fuzzy logic control is combined with robust linear quadratic Gaussian control with a loop transfer recovery method to suppress the interaction of flexible modes. For a simple synthesis, the fuzzy controller is reformulated by introducing a fuzzy superposition technique. The proposed method can afford to reinforce the precise pointing capability of spacecraft, because its hybrid structure offers the blending of appropriate control laws for different missions.
