Intralobar pulmonary sequestration receiving arterial supply from the celiac artery; a case report

症例は39歳女性.小児時より肺炎, 喀血を繰り返していた.検診で右横隔膜上の異常陰影を指摘され当科を受診とした.胸部CTでは右横隔膜ヘルニアの他に, 左下葉に4×5cm大の楔状陰影がみられた.肺分画症を疑い血管造影を行ったところ, 腹腔動脈より左下葉へ流入する複数の異常血管を認めた.肺分画症の診断で左下葉切除を行った.異常動脈は食道裂孔より上行しつつ肺靱帯を経由して左S10へ流入していた.腹腔動脈から異常血管が分岐した肺葉内肺分画症 (ILS) は稀なことから報告した.
