Employee potential relationship analysis method and device

Provided are an employee potential relationship analysis method and device, applied in the field of communication. The method comprises: acquiring multiple types of behavioral trajectory data of each employee; determining a target employee, and acquiring at least two types of behavioral trajectory data of the multiple types of behavioral trajectory data of the target employee as target behavioral trajectory data; analyzing and acquiring employees having a potential relationship with the target employee according to the target behavioral trajectory data and behavioral trajectories corresponding to other employees. Compared to the prior art, the present invention performs potential relationship analysis using at least two types of behavioral trajectory data, thus using diverse types of data, and has a favorable scalability. By analyzing various types of behavioral trajectory data, and not only analyzing on the basis of known employee interaction data, the present invention can more comprehensively obtain employees having a potential relationship with the target employee.
