Treatment of persistent central serous retinopathy.

Results of treatment in 16 selected cases of central serous retinopathy resistant to conventional modes of therapy have been presented. All responded favorably to laser photocoagulation of fluorescent leaks demonstrated by fluorescein angiography. Nerve fiber bundle defects did not occur, even in cases treated between the disc and macula.
