내구시험 중인 액슬 하우징의 초기 균열 탐지 장치 개발

This study was conducted to develop a system for detecting initial crack of an axle housing during durability test in the Lab. The system consists of air pressure sensor. wire sensor, I/O interface. and a computer. When the crack detection system developed in this study was used. the average length of crack was 5.6㎜ and the standard deviation of crack length was 1.5㎜. Comparing with the visual crack detection procedure, the average of crack length was decreased by 91.0% and the standard deviation of crack length was reduced by 94.7%.
