Development of tiny remotely controlled electric cultivator for greenhouses

To solve the problems of serious pollutions, going along with the machine, inconvenient operations and high operating costs etc., a tiny remotely controlled electric cultivator was designed. The main structure and working principle of the cultivator are first introduced briefly and then the design of powertrain system is introduced. Then the SolidWorks Simulation plug-in is used to static analyze of the blades to find the maximum position of the strain to ensure the design's rationality. Through the whole performance comparison and analysis, this machine had more significant economic benefits and was suitable for the operational requirements of the special environment of greenhouses and sheds.
