Study on the reconstruction of Pacific temperature arena with Argo data based on the Kriging methods

Present paper deals with using the Argo profiles in the Pacific to reconstruct a 3°×3° grids of monthly temperature by means of the Kriging method.The reconstructed Pacific temperature arena could reveal the seasonal variation of Pacific warm pool and western boundary currents,as well as western boundary currents temperature front.As compared with interpolate data and actual measures in same period,the results show that the maximum error is 0.7 ℃,the mean error is 0.3 ℃,the mean relative error is 0.7%,the standard error is 0.06 ℃.The results are satisfying.
