T cell–rich perivascular inflammation in a case of cutaneous variant intravascular large B‐cell lymphoma

Dear Editor, Intravascular large Bcell lymphoma (IVLBCL) is a rare and aggressive subtype of extranodal diffuse large Bcell lymphoma characterized by the proliferation of lymphoma cells predominantly within the blood vessel lumen in multiple organs.1,2 IVLBCL is divided into three variants: a classical Western variant, an Asian variant, and a cutaneous variant, based on their different clinical presentations, organ involvement, and geographical distribution of the patients.2 Here, we report a case of cutaneous variant IVLBCL, which is extremely rare in the Asian population, and have performed immunophenotyping to characterize its inflammatory constituents.
