Research on Matching and Control Strategy of Powertrain

Energy,toxic gases,and greenhouse gas emissions are the three major issues that affect the future development of automotive technology.Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle(PHEV) is a hybrid electric vehicle with additional battery pack that can be recharged by plugging the vehicle into the electricity grid,and is also one of the best projects for transitting to the ultimate clean energy vehicle.In order to realize the dynamic performance indexes for a new generation fuel cell city bus,the series energy hybrid structure is adopted by the powertrain configuration of prototype vehicle.The theory of performance parameters reasonable matching on powertrain main components is done based on the technology of plug-in.The simulation model of powertrain is built based on software known as ADVISOR,also the work modes and the control strategies are put forward.Simulations on all-electric range,SOC,power battery and fuel cell output power are studied under the conditions of all-electric cycle and China typical city bus driving cycle,and the dynamic performances meet the demand of performance imdexes.The correctness of the matching theory,control strategy and the model is validated by simulation.
