Coherent manipulation of a three-dimensional maximally entangled state

A scheme to generate three dimensional OAM-maximally-entangled photon-pairs via spontaneous-parametric-down-conversion is demonstrated, which can perform both amplitude and phase modulations of the generated state and shows great advantages over traditional post-selection method.
