A Comprehensive Study of Natural Language Interface To Database

A B S T R A C T Persons with no knowledge of database language may find it difficult to access the database. Therefore, some new techniques and methods are required to access the database by the use of natural language processing. Therefore, the idea of using natural language instead of SQL triggered the development of new type of processing method Natural Language Interface to Database. Where users have no need to learn any other formal language, they can give query in their native language. In this paper, we provide a brief review of various NLIDB systems developed so far.
