Resistance to the Motion of Dislocations in the Ll0 Superstructure Caused by Short-Range Order

Concentration and temperature dependences of the resistance to the motion of dislocations due to the destruction of the short-range order for different slip systems in the L10 superstructure were calculated. The value of the stress caused by the short-range order is a minimum near the stoichiometric composition of an alloy. In non-stoichiometric alloys the mechanical effects due to the short-range order may be significant. [Russian Text Ignored].
