Apparatus and method for transmitting and receiving persistent scheduling change information in wireless communication system

PURPOSE: A method for transceiving continuous schedule change information and an apparatus thereof are provided to efficiently change a base station location when allocated resource area is shared to an existing terminal traffic. CONSTITUTION: A base station transmits a UL(UpLink) basic allocation A-MAP(Mobile Application Protocol) IE(Information Element) to a terminal(S210).
