Common Rail 연료 분사장치의 전자제어 시스템 개발

To meet the world-wide emission regulation after 2.000years. the most important requirements for the injection system are high injection pressure independent of fuel quantity and engine speed, high accuracy of injected fuel quantity, flexible injection timing control, full electronic control. Electronic controlled Common Rail Injection System can only satisfies the above expectations. ECU(Electronic Control Unit) is necessary to meet the performance of injection system. Therefore this paper describes the hardware of ECU and development of control logic for Common Rail Injection System by using 16bit one-chip microprocessor.
