Power system stability improvement using dynamic output feedback compensators

Abstract A novel approach is presented for the design of physically realizable dynamic output feedback compensators for linear time-invariant single-input single-output systems. The simplicity and effectiveness of the proposed method is demonstrated by an example of feedback compensator design for a power system.
