The Evaluation and Provision Mechanism for FQoS of Web Services

QoS that defines service quality is an important criterion to differentiate web services that have similar functions. In this paper, FQoS (Feeling of QoS) Model is proposed to model the quality of web services in the view of users. And then the corresponding evaluation mechanism is present to automate measurement of the quality of web services and maintain this information to provide them. Based on several QoS attributes in general, the FQoS provision system is implemented for a prototype. The experiments for network location class validate that the grouping method for users is feasible and the results from FQoS provision system are similar to the client?s real feeling.
