Over the Horizon (OTH) Radar

In this article starts with a description of over-the-horizon radar in general terms and current implementations. Subsequent sections expand in more detail on propagation and scattering issues, OTHR in operation (includes discrete target surveillance and monitoring, and geophysical sensing operations) and system implementation (includes subsystem hardware design, signal processing, and limitations).
