A STUDY ON THE COGNITIVE BEHAVIOR OF CERTAIN GRADUATES TOWARDS STARTUP BUSINESS

The present research is conducted with 120 MBA graduates in Ernakulam District of Kerala. For collecting data, a well-structured questionnaire cum interview schedule is used. Major barriers for entrepreneurial activities are bad experience got from the society towards business, the bad experience of others, the fear of failure, unwillingness to take risk and so on. The result of Factor Analysis Test has disclosed that proper training and guidance for the MBA graduates can reduce problems to a maximum extent. Many policies and plans are introduced for the entrepreneurs and startups in the country. These plans and policies can be introduced to graduates eventually in the course.
