하모니카 코어와 진공 시스템을 결합한 사출금형 설계

The objective of this study is to develop a mold structure with a harmonica core and vacuum system. This mold can decrease the effects of the various deficiencies such as weld-line, jetting, flow mark in injection molding. To derive the optimal position and dimensional constraints of the harmonica core and vacuum system, experiment or numerical analysis was performed under normal process conditions.
