Evaluation des SI ; Besoins en méthodes et outils provenant de l'ergonomie et de l'IHM

This paper concerns IS evaluation, according to two points of view: needs in adapted software processes, needs in methods and tools from software Ergonomics and Human-Computer Interaction (HCI). General needs are first underlined, as well as needs concerning the place of evaluation in software processes. Several categories of evaluation methods from software Ergonomics and Human-Computer Interaction are studied. Then the paper is focused on needs concerning automated and semi-automated tools. Finally a discussion concerns the study of the contribution of such methods and tools for SI evaluation.
