An embodiment of the invention provides a terminal connection establishing method, device and system, relates to the communication field, and is to ensure normal communication between a wireless terminal and other wireless terminals under the condition that an MAC address of the wireless terminal changes in a WLAN-based communication scene. The method comprises the following steps: a first wireless terminal obtains a first MAC address of a second wireless terminal; the first wireless terminal sends a first message carrying identification information to enable the second wireless terminal to receive the first message carrying the identification information and verify the identification information, wherein the identification information is obtained by the first wireless terminal at least based on the first MAC address; the first wireless terminal receives a first response message carrying a second MAC address of the second wireless terminal and sent by the second wireless terminal; and the first wireless terminal establishes connection with the second wireless terminal according to the second MAC address.
