With the continuous development of High Frequency(HF) communication technique and the rising demand for data exchange,the HF heterogeneous network with access of wireless HF links to IP core network becomes an important trend for next-generation HF networking.In order to solve QoS(Quality of Service) problem caused by the existing time-consuming and not-real-time frequency selecting in HF heterogeneous network,a dynamic frequency selecting mechanism is proposed,by introduction of k-means algorithm,to cluster the historic frequency data of the user at the same location.This method could make users dynamically determine which frequencies need to be scanned according to its access time,thus the scanning time is reduced and the accuracy of the optimal access frequency improved,and Qos enhanced.
