The invention provides a roof hoisting apparatus based on the whole life cycle of a building and introduced from the exterior wall of a construction part. The apparatus is formed by the following construction: foundation supports are arranged at two sides along a longitudinal direction of a roof and are provided with guide rails; moving devices fixedly connected with a work chamber are arranged on the guide rails; two ends of the work chamber extend out from the roof, and each extended-out part of the work chamber is provided with a lifting unit on which a container is hitched; a power set is arranged below an operation chamber; an operation board of the operation chamber is connected with the moving devices through electrical leads and connected with the lifting unit through the power set. According to the invention, a large-scale hoisting machine is prevented from entering into a residential community, which enables influence on the living environment of the community to be reduced; the roof hoisting apparatus slides along rails, and the container can reach the balcony of a house of any user, thereby mitigating influence of room reconstruction on other residents; usage of the roof hoisting apparatus is not restricted by an elevator, a stair and a hoisting appliance, hoisted components and parts do not easily get damaged, so logistics of appliances, parts and wastes is benefited. The roof hoisting apparatus provided in the invention is applicable to a building in a whole life cycle and is beneficial for reconstruction and upgrading of dwelling houses and for promotion of reconstruction industrialization.
