Selecting a reasonable construction plan is a key problem in the design of the construction management for a unit project.To solve the puzzle of complicated factors and quantifying non-structural factors,a multi-level multi-factor and non-structural fuzzy optimum decision model is used in the evaluation of construction project.Four-level fuzzy optimum decision determining the optimal design alternatives consider most of the effective factors.Moreover,to decrease the subjective influences determining membership function and consider the complicated factors,the non-structural fuzzy decision and the prior relation are introduced.The prior relation can express the effects on factors adequately,and can determine the membership degree and weighting effectively.The method of multi-level fuzzy optimum decision has been successfully used in an example of the evaluation of construction plan.
