PRELIMINARY STUDY ON SAFETY ASSESSMENT METHODS OF OFFSHORE OIL JACKET PLATFORM CONSTRUCTION

This paper introduces the three methods of preliminary hazard analysis,integrated application assessment and safety chech endowed with authority rate of all kinds of the appraisers applied in the offshore oil jacket platform construction process,and analyzes the applicable character of these safety assessment methods.
