1.25Gbps 저전력 고속 직렬 링크의 설계

A 1.25Gb/s low-power serial link is presented. The voltage-mode driver reduces the power consumption with larger swing-capability compared to current-mode driver in AC-coupling configuration. The receiver robustly recovers the clock with a 4x-oversampling phase detector. Fabricated in a 0.18 μm-CMOS process, the serial link occupies 1.15㎟ and consumes 60㎽ at 1.25Gb/s. The measured jitter of transmitter output and recovered clock are 13.37ps rms , 15.80ps rms , respectively.
