Robust Fault Diagnosis of Nonlinear Systems Based on Dominant Subsystem

An approach of adaptive fuzzy observers based on dominant subsystem was proposed,for the problem of fault diagnosis in uncertain nonlinear systems.The fuzzy observer was designed using the gain matrix of the dominant subsystem.The bounded stability condition of the state estimate error and the adaptive arithmetic of fault estimation were deduced.Moreover,considering the modeling uncertainty of the system,the robustness and sensitivity of fault diagnosis were analyzed.A given simulation example illustrates the effectiveness of the proposed method.
