The invention discloses a universal processing method for unified object oriented process (OOP) for dozens of kinds of international electrotechnical commission (IEC) 103-based failure information system master station/substation transmission protocols at present, and is applied to the substation equipment of a power grid failure information system. Because the failure information system develops unevenly in China and construction of power communication networks throughout the country starts inconsistently, the conventional failure information system master station/substation protocols in China are expanded and reduced in a plurality of ways on application layers adopting IEC103, a connection-based link mode and a connectionless link mode are adopted, and various combinations of application and links further cause the great number of actually online master station/substation protocols. The invention provides a link processing method for unifying the two link modes and a universal application layer processing method for the IEC103-based failure information system master station/substation protocols. On such a basis, data interaction is organized by constructing the link and the dual-drive engine interface of the application layer, a high-efficiency algorithm and a data structure are provided, and the problem about the unification of the IEC103-based master station/substation transmission protocols of substations is finally solved. On such a basis, universal server software for IEC 103-based master station/substation transmission can be developed, the data interaction of IEC103-based failure information systems can be finished by the universal software and various master stations in China, and the universality and maintenance stability of the substation products can be enhanced.
