The invention discloses a concrete switch sleeper forming mould comprising a mould bottom slab arranged on a deck slab groove and mould slide slabs arranged at both sides of the mould bottom slab, wherein end forming devices are arranged at both ends of the forming mould, each end forming device comprises a metal baffle and a rubber end which wraps outside the metal baffle, the end forming devices are contacted with the mould slide slabs and the mould bottom slab to commonly form a concrete switch sleeper forming mould cavity, chamfers are respectively arranged at the corresponding positions of the rubber ends to the switch sleeper end surface and a top surface edge, and the bottom slab and a movable end forming device are changed based on the length of a produced switch sleeper in the production process of the switch sleeper to simultaneously produce different switch sleepers. The mould can form a switch sleeper with chamfer appearance characteristics on the top surface and the end surface, satisfy different requirements to design size and appearance quality and realize production of this kind of the switch sleeper in a general long line mould, thereby lowering the mould cost, ensuring the length accuracy and forming appearance quality of the switch sleeper, reducing the labor force and enhancing the operation efficiency with convenient construction.
