The invention relates to the field of weaving equipment, in particular to a non-contact driver for intermittent movement of a screen printing platen, which comprises an electromagnetic absorbing mechanism, a linear reciprocating motion mechanism as well as a measurement and control device. A support plate of the linear reciprocating motion mechanism is fixedly mounted on a rack; the support plate is connected with a linear guide rail; a sliding block is mounted on the linear guide rail; the sliding block is connected with a movable plate; the movable plate is connected with a drive rod; the drive rod is connected with a drive source; the electromagnets of the electromagnetic absorbing mechanism are connected on the movable plate in a spacing way; the spaces between the electromagnets are equal to the space between two adjacent printing platens; a permanent magnet is connected with the lower side of the printing platens; and both the drive source and the electromagnets are electrically connected with the measurement and control device. The non-contact driver for intermittent movement of the screen printing platen adopts a non-contact drive way; therefore, fabrics and drive are effectively isolated, thus avoiding the fabrics from being polluted; moreover, the printing platens can be directly taken down from the rail and cleaned, thus being more convenient; a servo electricity cylinder is adopted for driving; therefore, the control precision is high and the motion is stable; moreover, a drive mechanism of the whole non-contact driver for intermittent movement of the screen printing platen is simple, has low cost and is easy to popularize.
