Mise en place d'Outils pour les Analyses de Fiabilité et de Robustesse des Attaches Pales – Disques de Turbomachines

Fir-tree links between blades and disks of turbomachinery wheels are subjected to high mechanical and thermal stresses, and their design involves complex issues. Consequently, mechanical models are based on a large number of parameters, with a high response time. In order to perform reliability analysis, a methodology has been developed based on a sensitivity study, a response surface model, and a failure probabilities estimation using Monte-Carlo simulations. The whole methodology is implemented on habitually used tools by engineers, which impose some choices and adjustments.
