Partially reconstructible wavelet decomposition of evoked potentials for dipole source localization

In this paper we present a new method to localize dipole sources for evoked potentials (EPs). A partially reconstructible wavelet transform is applied to decompose EPs into a set of wavelet coefficients. These coefficients are then appropriately selected and fit by a series of Gaussian functions. This approach is capable of estimating the time-course of the source current using a single time-slice localization algorithm.
