Collaborative Particle Swarm Optimization Based Online Parameter Identification Applied to PMSM

In the parameter identification of permanent magnetic synchoronous motor(PMSM),two problems never get solved thoroughly,which are the excessive complexity of identification algorithoms and the intercoupling of parameters to be identified.An online parameter identification method was proposed,which use collaborative particle swarm optimization(CPSO) approach to identify five parameters of PMSM,including electric parameters Rs,L,Ψf and mechanical parameters J,TL.The simulation results indicate that the algorithom can identify five parameters of PMSM correctly,and solve the problem of inaccuracy caused by the intercoupling of the five identified parameters.The effectiveness of the algorithom is verified through the results.
