Development & Application of the Automatic Lubrication Facility for Air Valves of a Coal Jig

To counter the difficulty in lubricant addition into the jig's air valve system with triple air sources and the disadvantage of frequent stoppage and large volume of maintenance work required, and taking consideration of advantage and disadvantage of similar facility, both domestic and aboard, developed was a new automatic lubrication facility composed of home made elements. This facility has attained a performance matching that of similar imported one, helped realizing completely automatic and continuous lubrication of jig's valves and promoting the level of automation of a single jig operation.
