Nanosystems of informatics

The paper discusses a concept of biological nanosystems and technical systems of informatics. Considering systems' characteristics, the comparison has been derived. A fundamental concept of informatics as a scientific discipline represented by the same principles: an algorithm, a program, hardware structure of system and a process of program execution inside of the prepared structure is common for both kinds of the systems. Differences, on the other hand, include the number of terminal symbols in the languages of instructions, the forms of program coding, addressing modes and goals reached as results of algorithm implementations. The self-replication phenomenon has been discussed and it has been shown that this feature, if used in technical systems of informatics, is associated with the nanotechnology and nanosystems of informatics. A problem of awareness in the nanosystems of informatics still remains unsolved. Could it be derived from recognized processes and laws of physics?
