TEST AND RESEARCH ON PSEUDO-STATIC FORCE OF SEGMENT-ASSEMBLED BRIDGE PIER

Segment-assembled bridge pier has many advantages,such as fast construction,low pollution and reliable construction quality,etc.At present,it is mainly used as infrastructure of some cross-sea bridges in China and is comprehensively used in expressway bridges in foreign countries.After research on pseudo-static test simulation of segment-assembled bridge pier with dry joint of energy-consuming prestressed steel bar without bond,the simulation calculation results indicate that prestressed steel bar without bond could reduce residual displacement of bridge pier;ordinary steel bar could enlarge hysteretic loop area and increase residual displacement,while improving yield strength and ultimate strength;proportion between prestressed steel bar without bond and ordinary energy-consuming steel bar shall be determined according to the effective rigidity required in design and residual displacement which is repairable after earthquake.
