Characterization of Village Libraries in China

The "village libraries" are developing rapidly,and are confronted with problems as well.This paper propose that the libraries should care for the needs of the readers from their living conditions,and focus on one or two fields as the libraries′ characteristics,so that they would provide the farmers with featured resources and thus promote their long-term development.For the current time,they should be the education base for the children,the technology promotion center,and the center of local industrial resources.
