Effect of silver nitrate on in vitro shoot growth of coffee

Shoots of arabica and robusta coffee showed increased growth when incubated on MS medium containing silver nitrate and indole acetic acid and benzyladenine. Different concentrations of silver nitrate had the greatest effect on the various growth parameters. Copyright © 2003 Whurr Publishers Ltd
