Technical Research and Optimization of the Real-time Leakage Detection System for the Jing-hui Pipeline

Taking the Jing-hui pipeline as an example,detection and positioning principles of the leak detection system were studied,then optimization measures for the leak detection system were put forward.First,two key factors to affect positioning accuracy of negative pressure wave method were found and its corresponding solutions were proposed.Then hot oil pipeline leak's analytical solution was derived by the Shukhov temperature drop formula and the Halliwell water hammer wave velocity formula.Finally,GPS clock system was used to time the detection system,which can timely calibrate Jing-hui pipeline leakage detection system.After the calculation,the timing GPS module can greatly improve positioning accuracy of leak points to control the stolen accidents,obvious social and economic benefits have been gained.
