Site Selection of Seismometry Network Based on GIS Spatial Analysis Technology

The status quo of GIS technology being applied in earthquake monitoring and the traditional site-selecting methods of seismometry network are analyzed.Based on these a method of "mathematic modeling + GIS spatial analysis technology" is advised to explain the structure of site-selecting influence factor evaluation model,the design of fundamental database and the integration of site-selecting model to GIS.And the Xiaguan,Yunnan,regional seismic telemetry network is taken as an example to demonstrate the site-selecting model.
