The sense amplifier implements high speed sensing behavior by driving the free-charge tool (100A) in response to an active input to give free charging. The amplifier comprises: the 1st (63) and 2nd (64) bit line which give free-charge to the input voltage level before sensing behavior; Two p-MOS transisters inputing the free charged signals to the gates; the free charged signal not conducting above 2 p-MOS transisters syncronized to active input of row address signal; 1st and 2nd sensing nodes maintain to the input voltage level on inputing the same clock signal and form a channel to the input voltage node.
