Unintentional modulation feature analysis of radar's power amplifier with simple ton driven signal

To study the identification method of radar's power amplifier,which can be used to designate the emitter's individual,a principle of harmonic analysis is proposed.It uses the constraints between the comparative amplitude of harmonic to classify the output signal of power amplifier with simple ton driven signal,thus the performance is maintained when the driven signal's power is changed.By using the general least square algorithm,the method can get enough precision.The simulation proves the advantage of the method.
