The invention relates to an explosion device and a control flow in the technical field of explosion control over explosive devices, in particular to an electronic detonator explosion network control device and a control flow, which overcome the shortcomings of the electronic detonator explosion network control device in the prior art to make the explosive device run safely, stably and reliably. The device comprises an upper computer control module, a main exploder control module, an exploder control sub-module, a power module and an electronic detonator network module, wherein the upper computer control module is in signal connection with the main exploder control module; the power module is connected with the main exploder control module and the exploder control sub-module respectively, and supplies power to main exploder control module and the exploder control sub-module; the main exploder control module is in signal connection with the exploder control sub-module; and the exploder control sub-module is connected with the electronic detonator network module. The electronic detonator explosion network control device and the control flow are mainly applied to electronic detonator explosion control circuits.
