This study was the correlation design and data were analyzed using stepwise regression. Results: The results showed that variables such as: resiliency, spirituality, emotion-oriented and problem-oriented strategies predicted 60% of well-being variance (P<0/05). There was a positive relationship between resiliency, spirituality and problem-oriented strategy factors with well-being (P<0/05). However, there was not any significant relationship between emotion-oriented coping strategy and well-being.
