차량 시험모드 조건에 따른 연비 및 배출가스 특성 연구

As the interest on the air pollution is gradually rising up at home and abroad, automotive and fuel researchers have been working on the exhaust emission reduction from vehicles through a lot of approaches, which consist of new engine design, innovative after-treatment systems, using clean (eco-friendly alternative) fuels and fuel quality improvement. And the fuel economy and CO₂ emission estimates essentially serve two purposes : to provide consumers with a basis on which to compare the fuel economy of different vehicles, and to provide consumers with a reasonable estimate of the range of fuel economy they can expect to achieve. This research has brought forward main issues that fuel economy (CO₂) and exhaust emissions should be regulated for conventional and hybrid vehicles. Exhaust emissions of automotive had many problem that cause of ambient pollution, health effects. Based on SFTP (Supplemental Federal Test Procedure) test modes, this paper discusses the characteristics of gasoline, diesel, LPG, hybrid vehicles on fuel economy (CO₂) and exhaust emissions. And this paper assesses the fuel economy and CO₂ emission level of vehicles. This test mode is 5-cycle test mode.
