Socialization and personalized manufacturing environment-oriented CPSS system

The invention provides a socialization and personalized manufacturing environment-oriented CPSS system. The architecture of the system comprises a physical layer, an information layer and a social layer. The physical layer is provided with user CPSS nodes, enterprise CPSS nodes and enterprise production equipment CPSS nodes. The information layer comprises an internet, a cloud database, a cloud server and a network route. The information layer realizes the interconnection of the above three types of nodes in the physical, information and social space and also enables the cloud storage and processing of generated real-time data. The social layer conducts the self-organizing clustering treatment on the enterprise CPSS nodes based on the improved G-N complex network clustering algorithm according to the social relation and the attribute similarity, so that different online communities are formed. Based on the matching of user requirements with the capability attributes of enterprise CPSS nodes, an optimal online community and an optimal enterprise CPSS node are selected to complete the entire-life periodic activities of products. A user cooperates with the enterprise CPSS node interactively via a mobile intelligent terminal and a virtual social sensor network module so as to monitor the production process in real time. Therefore, the conversion from a personalized requirement to a real product is realized.
